Nominations through (online) or by Post must be submitted with the supporting documents for maintenance of selection record as described below;

• Organisation or individual profile description within a maximum of 800 Words.
• 3 PASSPORT Size Photographs.
• Organisation Registration Certificate, Trade Mark Details.
• Product sample or Design Brochures.
• Application must be submitted through Indian Speed or Registered post only
• Only the application received through Indian Speed or Registered Post will be entertained for selection.
• Sends through any other mode of communication will not be considered for selection at any manner & subject to be returned.
• Nomination received through online or Manual Form reached after due date will be rejected.

Who can apply?

Any organisation or individual from any fields can apply /be a part of AIESAC Recognition i.e., Service Provider,Manufacturers, Educational, Healthcare/ Beauty, Hospitality etc. The winners will be felicitated by any senior Bollywood actor/actress.
